Fit & Sizing
How does Lissur sizing work?
Lissur uses its own Size 1–5 system, created with teen proportions in mind. Check our Size Guide for measurements and fit notes for each piece to help find the best size.
Is Lissur designed specifically for teenage girls?
Yes. That's why Lissur exists. Teen girls aren't simply smaller versions of women, so we design with teen proportions, comfort and real life in mind. Our goal is to bring back a fashion category made specifically for them.
How do Lissur sizes compare to Australian sizing?
There isn’t really one standard sizing system across Australian fashion brands, which is why we recommend choosing your Lissur size based on your measurements rather than the number you usually wear. Take your measurements and compare them with our Lissur Size Guide to find your best fit.
Where can I find the measurements for each piece?
You’ll find the measurements for each piece in the Size Guide on the individual product page. We recommend checking these measurements before choosing your size.
How do I know which size to choose?
Start with our Size Guide and compare your measurements with the measurements listed. Each product page also includes specific fit notes to help you choose. If you're between sizes or still unsure, get in touch with us and we'll be happy to help.
What if I'm between sizes?
Check the fit notes on the product page first, as the best size can depend on the style and how you like to wear it. If you're still unsure, contact us and we'll help you choose.
Will Lissur work for different body shapes and heights?
Every body is different, which is why we include detailed measurements and fit information for each piece. We recommend using our Size Guide alongside the product-specific fit notes to find the best fit for you.
What if the size I order doesn’t fit?
We know finding the right fit can take a try, especially when you're shopping with us for the first time. That's why we offer the Lissur Fit Promise. If your size isn't quite right, your first size exchange is on us. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details.
Orders & Shipping
Where does Lissur ship?
For now, Lissur ships Australia-wide. We hope to bring Lissur to more places in the future. If you're outside Australia and would like to order, email us at hello@lissur.com and we'll see if we can help.
How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $150. For orders under $150, shipping costs will be shown at checkout based on your selected delivery option.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery usually takes approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Once your order is on its way, we'll send you tracking details so you can follow its journey.
